Cancellation Policy

When you book your appointments, you are holding spaces on our calendar that are no longer available to other clients. To be respectful, please call us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointments. If cancellations are necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advance notice will allow other clients access to those appointment times.
